# We run banking and insurance operations, fully digitally.

Firefly was born in Spain. Behind each service are financial-services expertise, AI agents, and open technology.

## Financial products depend on the work behind them

A loan, a policy, or a payment depends on information collected, decisions supported, instructions executed, and records reconciled. We run that work as services, each with a defined scope, and we answer for it.

## Our model is Service as a Software

We combine reusable software with AI agents, so you can buy an operating result. We design the service, run the work the agreement includes, and keep improving how it is delivered.

## A global ambition, with local operating requirements

Our commercial focus spans the United States, Latin America, and Europe. Every engagement defines the jurisdictions, languages, providers, and controls needed for its scope.

## What guides our work

### We own the delivery.

Responsibility for the work we agree to perform is clear, and it is ours.

### Your limits apply.

We act inside your policies and delegated limits.

### Evidence should be usable.

We keep the records needed to understand each output and improve the service.

### Open foundations.

Reusable, portable technology keeps you in control over the long term.

## The ecosystem behind the company

Firefly services are what we sell; OpenPlatform and the frameworks are the reusable technology. The Firefly Software Foundation maintains the open-source work.
