# You pay for work we complete and you accept.

Every engagement combines a deployment scope, a recurring service commitment, and a unit of work that fits the operation. Nothing is charged per seat or per hour.

From review to operation

## You know how each step is charged before it starts.

One service, four steps

One service assembly in four steps, left to right on one platform. The operations review is a bare product plate, with nothing built yet. The Service Blueprint draws every module in dashed outline, as the plan. In controlled deployment, two modules are in place and the third is snapping in. In managed operation, every module is solid and connected to the APIs and events backbone. Amber is Firefly’s work. Dashed modules are the plan; solid modules are the operation running.

1. 01
   ### Operations review
No charge. One conversation about the process, the volume, and what “done” looks like.
2. 02
   ### Service Blueprint
A fixed scope, quoted before it starts. It ends in a service you can contract, with its proposal.
3. 03
   ### Controlled deployment
Configuration, integration, and validation, quoted on their own. You accept them against the agreed criteria.
4. 04
   ### Managed operation
A recurring commitment, plus a price per completed unit within agreed volume and complexity bands.

Units of work

## Each service is priced on a unit your team already counts.

The unit depends on the work: files, accounts, stages, or cycles.

The economics

## Agree the economics before transition.

We put three figures side by side, with quality, rework, and dependencies counted.

What it costs you today

People, overtime, temporary staff, rework, and current provider charges

What the service costs

Deployment, the recurring commitment, and the unit price across your expected volume

What your team keeps doing

Your approvers, reviewers, and oversight

Questions buyers ask

## How the price works.

Do we pay for work that fails acceptance?

No. The unit price applies only to accepted units. When a unit falls short because of our work, we correct it at no extra charge.

What counts as a billable completion?

The service schedule defines it, including duplicate cases, corrections, withdrawn requests, and cases waiting on external dependencies.

Can you quote before an integration project?

Yes, with an indicative proposal from the process, volumes, and systems. We do not publish prices; firm ones follow the validated scope.

Your first operation

## Bring us one operation.

Tell us the process, the volume, and what “done” looks like. We will come back with a scope, a deployment plan, and a proposal.
